"From the 1990's, running my own business building bespoke houses and extensions, I gained invaluable practical knowledge in design and especially the importance of site-specific designs. As time progressed, I recognized the increasing significance of design in my work. By 2010, this emphasis led to a shift towards a design-focused approach, ultimately transitioning to a design-only business. This evolution included the introduction of planning services.

Throughout this journey, it was clear that clients valued being shown a range of initial options. My ability to present these options in a dynamic, almost live 3D format proved particularly beneficial. These 3D sketches provided immediate clarity on the available option, ensuring a thorough understanding and genuine appreciation from all involved parties. This approach far surpassed the capabilities of traditional 2D drawings. Coupled with my practical background this method gave my clients a solid and confident foundation from which to proceed.

Now we offer this service to give everyone an insight into the potential of their home without having to go through the process of engaging an architect and committing to the not insubstantial design & planning costs.
